Return & Exchange Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to feel confident and delighted when shopping with Catina Jewelry. That’s why we offer a clear and fair return & exchange process for your peace of mind.


2. Who’s Covered & Timeframe

  • New and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • Please ensure items are in original condition, with tags, packaging, and no signs of wear.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved, resized) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.


3. What is Covered

Manufacturing defects (e.g., broken clasps, missing stones, plating issues) are eligible for full refund or exchange.
Change of mind is eligible for return/exchange under the above conditions, but items must meet the “original condition” requirement.


4. What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drop, exposure to harsh chemicals, or improper care.

  • Items that have been altered, resized, cleaned incorrectly, or show signs of wear.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or specially discounted in a manner that disallows returns (if applicable).


5. Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within the 30-day window at: support@catinajewelry.com with your order number and photos showing the item’s condition or defect.

  2. We will provide return authorization instructions and shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service — we recommend obtaining tracking proof.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method unless you request store credit.

  5. Shipping & handling costs originally paid are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), Catina Jewelry will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you’re returning due to change of mind or sizing issue, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping cost and import/customs duties (if any) are not refundable.


7. Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different size, style or color, we treat this as an exchange.

  • Ship the original item back following the above process, then place a new order for the desired item.

  • If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
